we paint everything.

Another of the photos taken by Valerie Dryden.

We do this every morning. We paint paper until it gets boring, then we paint our arms and faces. Rachel likes to paint her Little People most of all, though.

There is an article on the Etsy Storque today about our opening Gallery 31 at the Corcoran tonight. Check it out.

I think it is really really important that as parents we try to push away the tired tired and try to be creative and productive and show our children how important doing is.

Tina, you are an amazing mother, your girls are going to have so very many fond memories of their childhoods x

Those are great pictures, you really get a glimpse into your life. I hope we'll be able to see more.

Beautiful picture and it looks like you are wearing my same favorite shirt. So favorite, that I bought two of them (from target?)
Honestly, the colors in this picture are wonderful.

You look beautiful, as always! I wish I could have been there for the showing. It sounds amazing. I want her to put it all up on a website! I loved getting glimpses of the pictures behind you guys. And I'm glad to see everyone is well enough after surgery to dance at the gallery! It must have been so strange seeing yourself everywhere. And the girls, I'm sure, thought it was normal. Everything is normal if you start young enough!

Miss you!

Tina,

Do you think you could get some shots of the girls painting each other? I love pictures like that!

I was just reading the wonderful article you wrote for potential CB applicants (yes, I am scared p-less) and linked to your blog. I have to tell you that this statement just made my year: "I think it is really really important that as parents we try to push away the tired tired and try to be creative and productive and show our children how important doing is." You have totally kicked me in the butt...I only have ONE 2 1/2 year old and I am sitting here trying to get motivated. You and all the great things you are teaching your girls by being you it's awesome...and inspiring. thanks! and rock on with your bad seamonster self!
