and the smallening will be steady and strong
The beginning of week three on Weight Watchers online and the weight continues to come off at about the right rate of 1 to 2 pounds a week.

My back is feeling strange, as if I am carrying around someone else's. Pants that didn't fit three weeks ago, do now and I am feeling lighter, like when you get a big haircut.
My smallening is steady and strong and right and has met few real road blocks. I do believe that if you can get through the first 4 weeks of weight watchers without freaking out and eating a whole pizza, you can do it for the long haul. You can. You can.
Tell me how you are doing.

emily brown, is that you?
oh carly. i know. i know. the sad is what helped me get so fat in the first place. there is something deep inside that will happen someday. maybe i don't know what i am talking about. but i know i found it. and you can, too.

I've been going to the gym since mid february. I lost about 10 pounds, going from 255 to 245 on the scale at the Y. After being on my new diet for over a week I went down to 244 after the first day. Yesterday when I weighed myself I was 241.
Diet is hard though. I had 3 pieces of pizza last night for dinner. Plus a bread stick. Oh well, just have to keep working...

Tina:
I signed up yesterday. I went to a meeting. The woman smiled a whole lot, and then talked about how she was once 85lbs heavier.
I am now 243.2.
243.2.
The heaviest. And I want to be 143.2.
It will happen.
Thanks for writing what you write, my dear!

hey tina, good for you! i know some folks who have done WW and had great success. if you haven't heard of hungry-girl.com you should check it out. good reviews of snacks and recipes and such. plus she seems kinda fun. :)

Hi Tina! I came over here to check out your shirts! I wanted to let you know that I am rooting for you. I am a lifetime member of WW, I have been at it for years. The most success I had was losing 50 pounds. I kept it off for almost three years and in the last year, I have ballooned up to a bigger size than I have ever been. It is now Tuesday and I decided that I have had enough. I started back to eating the WW way as of yesterday. Only problem is that I just ate a cookie and feel terrible. We have to take it a minute at a time. Good luck and I will be checking on on your progress! Jamie King Ghost Vigil Investigations.
