secret stars
Being a new mom is like being a super hero. A secret super hero. A secret star. Just walking down the street. No one knows it. I am the only one. I want to walk up to suity strangers and whisper.... "i have babies. yes, babies. two of them." Yes, I want to whisper to suity strangers.
I have been remembery today. My mind has been flash flashing. Remembering all these moments in my life. Synapses misfiring or something. And then I am eating a free lunch because I got on a scary rollercoaster. And then I am thinking a boyfriend will make a great dad someday. And then Jeff and I are in the aquarium in London. And then I am watching my grandfather in the garden. And then his eyes when he was dying. So afriad. Is this what makes us human? This ability to recall and rec all and Re Call. I bet the apes can do it, too.
Rachel thinks you are smiling whenever you open your mouth. Even when you yawn. She smiles back. She has a lot to learn. But this is lovely. I love it. Last night she laughed in her sleep. This tiny baby laugh woke me. I can't wait to have the whole house full of baby laughs.
I am a secret star. Whisper it to someone. Even if it is just yourself.

I just wanted to tell you I read your blog religiously. I love it, you really have a way with words. However I really don't like the new format for your site. Your previous site was so alive with color and it was very clear where to go. Now things are practically hidden and the overall design is pretty depressing. Please change it back!!

hi! i am working on a new design for this new site... but the babies keep me from it! :) soon it won't be so depressing anymore. sorry! i hope i am not depressing all of you. :) i launched it without the new design because i needed the back end ease of use with the babies. my old site was super hard to update. more color and fun soon!

oi, I know it's been a long time since we chatted on E2 but I just wanted to let you know your baby journey has been delightful to read about. They are gorgeous girls. I hope my penelopes are as sweet. :)

Dude, you sit next to each other? He didn't tell me that. If you think he's tall you should meet my fiancé.

Hi Tina,
I agree with Hannah, i think it was, who said that you have a special command over words. I have said this before but i think when you have time you should write fiction if you don't already. Your sentiments are truly beautiful and there is a unique quality in your writing. I think when your daughters are about forty you'll have half an hour to yourself to write ;)

I can't wait to see what it looks like when your ready! Your old site was so much fun to poke around on. Myself - I can barely navigate through FP :-( so my website is a bit simple. I admire those with the techy gift!
